Our colourful cast for this comic!

Jasper She/it/love/blood -Demigirl -Sapphic - 14 The shy, quick to fall in love and easily embarrassed co-protagonist of our story. Jasper is just your regular teenager, trying to get through life, she spends a lot of time home alone when her mum is at work. She has a particular soft spot for Sailor Moon and lets the vibe of the show influence her aesthetic. She's head over heels in love with Nina, a quite literal love at first site affair! She runs the NBOA fanblog, a fanblog to Nina's blog, where she secretly gushes about how much she's in love with Nina.

Nina All pronouns - Nonbinary -Sapphic - 16 Our other co-protagonist, the rollerskating blogging bunny Nina! Nina is a rebel at heart, with the only authority she respects being the rules of the internet, which often gets him into trouble. She has a hugeeee sweet tooth, gleefully gobbling any sweet treats they get their hands on. They run a blog (Nina's Blog of Awesomeness) that got pretty famous overnight and unintentionally led to Jasper falling for them!

Dollie She/Rot- Transfem -Panromantic-Asexual - 14 Jasper's best friend and ideas-woman, Dollie is a huge fan of zombies (almost to the point of obsession) and scene aesthetics so decided to combine those two things into her fashion style! Dollie loves blogging and writing little horror stories in her free time, her favourite foods are slushies and those little sour eyeball lollies.

Snoball She/her -Lesbian-Asexual - 19 SSnoball is just your regular high school dropout, she works at the local Fill n Go petrol station which Nina frequents for snacks, Nina looks up to her as an older sister-type and often brags to her or asks her for advice, Snoball likes the company and finds Nina funny so she doesn't complain. Snoball is a huge fan of nu-metal bands like Korn and can be frequently found at work jamming out with her headphones on or suggesting albums to customers, she's the one who got Nina to listen to Korn for the first time.

Ichigo She/her-Pansexual - 15 One of Nina's friends! She goes to a different school than everyone else, not that she's ever at school anyway, she'd much rather be at conventions in her high quality handmade cosplays.

Mrs Barbra Merino She/her-Bisexual - 40 The school principal, for now, she hates her job so drinks away her problems instead of doing it properly. The only students who actually like her are the year 12s as she lets them get away with everything, much to the frustration of everyone else (especially Mr Blondie!).

Mr Blondie He/him -straight - 35 A teacher who gave up caring after a while, and used power-tripping as a way to cope, used to turn a blind eye but is starting to see through the cracks now.

Jade Green She/Her - bi - 42 Jasper's mum! She's a perpetually overworked lawyer and sadly doesn't get to spend too much time with Jasper, she does love her dearly however! Jade is the main reason Jasper is so obsessed with Sailor Moon and magical girl shows in general, having introduced it to her when she was just 3 years old!

Marie She/Her - Lesbian - 20 Snoball's high school crush/bandmate, I wonder where she is now all these years later?

Josh He/him - straight - 38 Nina's dad! A good-hearted funny dude who would do anything for his kid.
